Bafitis pioneers "fat grafting" to enhance overall improvement in breast shape

Over the last five years Dr. Harold Bafitis has been involved in stem cell research as well as platelet-rich plasma to enhance fat graft survival.  The fat graft has now become a widely accepted modality for enhancing breast shape and contour, be it cosmetically, or be it in revision cosmetic procedures which are essentially reconstructive.  Of course, fat grafting has become a staple in breast reconstruction as well.

Bafitis has been a pioneer of fat grafting and has literally used fat grafts to the breasts in most of his cosmetic augmentations.  Dr. Bafitis feels that the fat grafts, which usually last and take at least 65% in the area of the breast, totally enhance and make up for what implants lack or what patient contour anatomy lacks.
Nearly all breast procedures at Bafitis Plastic Surgery include fat grafting at no additional cost. This is something that is additive to give the best overall improvement and is unique with Dr. Bafitis' breast practice.
This is significant for achieving the most definitive and natural shape for aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery.

The Facts About Ultherapy

Collagen is a natural protein that gives skin its youthfulness by keeping it firmed, toned and elastic. As we age, collagen loses its elasticity and its ability to stand up to the effects of gravity that pull the skin downward. Ultherapy jump starts a natural repair process that produces fresh, new collagen.

Ultherapy is cleared by the FDA to specifically lift skin on the neck, under the chin and above the brow.

Patients treated with Ultherapy still have fresh young collagen after a year’s time following the procedure, but skin continues to age. Future touch-up treatments can help keep pace with the aging process, which varies by individual. We are finding many clients are in their 40's and 50's are having this procedure.

Ultherapy is an “uplift” not a “face lift.”

While it is not a replacement for surgery, it is a viable option for those not ready for a face lift or those looking to prolong the effects of cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Bafitis combines many procedures with the Ultherapy treatment including C02 laser treatment.

The lasers typically address issues in the superficial layers of the skin (e.g. fine lines, wrinkles, pigment changes). Ultherapy addresses the deep skin layer and the foundational layer addressed in cosmetic surgery that lift and lend support to the skin. Therefore, the two technologies are quite complementary!

During your consultation with Dr. Bafitis he will recommend the right treatment for your needs. The majority of patients only need one treatment; however, some may benefit from more than one treatment (depending on how much laxity they have and their body’s own biological response to the ultrasound and collagen-building process).

Not everyone is a candidate for this non sugical procedure.

An isolated neck lift or mid- face lift may be in order to achieve the results you desire. During your consultation Dr. Bafitis will be realistic and suggest what will be needed to achieve the goals you desire. During your consult it is best to be prepared and ask questions. Our goal is 100% client satisfaction.

Ultherapy Pricing: Full-Face, Brow, Lower-Face or Neck.

Ultherapy pricing ranges depending on the area treated. Pricing ranges from $1000 - $3500 for the full face ultherapy. During your initial consultation Dr. Bafitis, a double board certified plastic surgeon, will discuss frankly what is needed to achieve the results desired.

Beautiful hands give us the confidence to express ourselves in any situation

If you feel that your hands don’t match with your overall appearance, then it may be time to do something to rejuvenate your hands with RADIESSE® volumsing filler.
Over time the fatty tissue beneath the skin of our hands become thinner. Veins and tendons become more visible and the skin loses volume.

In this day and age, most of us are familiar with the importance of collagen. Collagen gives your young skin its full, supple appearance.

And when it breaks down, you may begin to see skin laxity and wrinkles. When the collagen goes away, it takes volume and elasticity with it.

Ask Dr. Bafitis about RADIESSE® volumising filler for the back of the hand.
